“There was a water issue that didn’t affect our stay but there was equipment around the entrance and in the parking lot. Kids running in the halls after 10pm and the dumpster pickup at 4am outside the window. These were mostly outside of the hotel’s control but were less than ideal.”

“Upon entering the Motel 6 lobby to check-in I was treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully by the front desk person. He lied to me saying my reservation was cancelled due to not receiving my phone number from Expedia, launched into a tirade about Expedia, then demanded to see my idea and it revealed that he HADN'T actually cancelled my reservation, but it was such an offputting interaction that I decided not to stay there.”

“We chose this hotel because of the Pool and the Hot Tub. When we arrived, we found out that they were both closed that day, which was disappointing. The staff made it right. Rooms were clean, the breakfast bar was great... perfect overnight on our road trip.”

“Breakfast was good. Must have the employee to beep you into the 24/7 gym before 7am. Also, tp in the common area was barely stacked.”
